At Alokki, we are committed to crafting jewelry that lasts. To ensure your pieces remain beautiful and functional, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, along with lifetime repair services for select maintenance needs.

1-Year Warranty – What’s Covered

Our 1-year warranty is a formal guarantee against manufacturing defects. It protects you against issues arising from poor craftsmanship, ensuring your jewelry performs as intended.

Covered items include:

  • Defective clasps

  • Stones falling out due to improper setting

  • Metal breaking due to poor workmanship

  • Plating that peels unusually fast

  • Faulty chains

  • Weak soldering points

If any of these issues occur within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace your piece at no extra cost.

Lifetime Repair & Maintenance Services

Beyond the 1-year warranty, Alokki also offers lifetime repair services to help your jewelry stay in excellent condition. These services include:

  • Re-polishing and re-plating of vermeil

  • Chain repair and clasp tightening

  • Stone tightening

  • Fixing minor dents or bends

  • Ring resizing (when possible)

These services are designed to extend the life of your jewelry, keeping it as stunning as the day you bought it.

What’s Not Covered

Please note that the following situations are not covered under the 1-year warranty:

  • Lost or misplaced pieces

  • Deep accidental damage (e.g., jewelry run over or crushed)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Misuse or chemical damage (e.g., exposure to perfume, pool chlorine, or harsh chemicals)

To make a warranty or repair claim:
