Ordering on Alokki.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Simply place the desired products in the Shopping Bag and enter your promotional code then click on ‘Apply Code’. The voucher code is only valid for online purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Furthermore, the voucher offers no cash alternative. Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) is an alternative to paying by credit card or Net Banking. When you use our CoD service, you pay at the time of delivery, rather than paying at the time of purchase.

Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a CoD purchase?

The maximum order value for a CoD payment is Rs. 50,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for CoD orders. Payment has to be made using Indian Rupees only. Please keep exact change.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Merchandise purchased in India, will only be accepted by A.P.A Fashions in India for refund, credit note or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt, unless the item is not of merchantable quality. Refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original transaction. Gift recipients will be entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit only if accompanied by a sales receipt.
