Shipping Policy
We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:
- Tier 1 Cities: 2 – 3 business days
- Regional areas: 3 – 5 business days
- Tier 1 Areas include Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore & Hyderabad.
Please note that A.P.A Fashions does not ship to P.O. Boxes as all orders require a signature upon delivery. If there are delivery delays for your order, Please contact Customer Service on 91-7904589109.
Items ordered together may sometimes ship together.

Complimentary Shipping Terms and Conditions:
- Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
- Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on alokki.com for domestic delivery.
Return Policy
A.P.A Fashions offers complimentary shipping for any item covered under our 14-day Guarantee. Please notify us of the problems you purchased, fitting issues of the product, or defects within 14 days of delivery . We will refund your money or replace your product , provided the procedure is followed.
To replace a defective item or return something that does not fit you, contact customerservice@alokki.com or call us at 91-7904589109.
Please note any jewelry exhibits physical damage to the product or to the box, Jewelry that has been washed not in the original condition, any Jewelry that is returned without all original packing including the return box, Invoice copy originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
