Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in India if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

Return Shipping

Alokki offers complimentary/express shipping for any item that you'd like to return. Simply fill out the form which comes with the packaging box. We arrange an official logistic partner to pick up the return shipment.

Refund Policy
